Censer
A vessel used to carry hot coals and burn incense.

What it means
In the Day of Atonement rite, the high priest took coals from the altar and incense into the inner sanctuary.
Censers could be made of metal and appear in both priestly ritual and biblical visions.
How it appears in the Bible
Revelation depicts an angel with a golden censer offering incense at the heavenly altar.
